BLEND: Situated at around 1900 metres above sea level, the rich volcanic soil of the Sidamo region is ideal for growing coffee. Harvesting is done by hand and followed by processing using a traditional wet process. The beans are then dried by lifting them onto mesh-bottomed tables.
